Disappearing Desktop

 

First, take a screen shot of the victim’s desktop (press the “Print Screen” button). Then open up a Paint program and press “Paste.” Save the image in bitmap format and quit Paint. Set this image to be the Desktop background image (right-click on the desktop, choose Properties, click the “Display” tab, press the “Browse” button, find your image, hit “Open,” then “OK”). Finally, hide all the desktop icons (right-click on the desktop, choose “Arrange Icons By,” then unclick “Show Desktop Items.” Now their desktop will look normal, but when they try to click on the icons nothing will happen!

 

Kick Me Prank

A note (commonly reading "Kick me") is attached to the back of an unsuspecting victim. This prank may be performed with Post-it notes or other objects like paper and tape

 

Shoe Lace Prank

This prank involves the tying of a victim's shoe laces together, typically while the victim is seated and distracted. The laces may also be tied to a nearby object such as a chair leg. This may cause the victim to unexpectedly trip or stumble when attempting to get up and move.

 

Monitor Prank

Black-out Monitor Prank :This is a very simple but very effective prank.On most computer monitors, if you turn the brightness control to the maximum possible value and the contrast to the lowest value, the screen appears to be blank. So, use this prank to Blank-out your friend’s monitor and have fun while seeing them scream out, turn crazy trying hard to “fix” their not-working monitor and call the system support

 

Mouse Keys Prank

In windows, go to Control Panel and select Mouse. In the Mouse Properties dialog box that pops up, select the Buttons tab and under the Button configuration, select the Switch primary and secondary buttons check box and click OK.

 

Blind Mouse Computer Prank

This is a pretty innovative prank. When your friend is not near is computer, simply stick a post-it note (or tape a paper ) under his Optical mouse over the eye of the mouse. This will block the LED sensor and the when he tries to move the mouse, your friend will be shocked to see that the cursor doesn’t move. After some panic, they will be sure having a chuckle with the sight of the “April Fools!!” text written on the post-it note.

 

White Out

 

Sneak onto your victim’s computer and change their default font color to white. This will cause momentary confusion as their writing will suddenly be invisible.
